It depends on what the site has to do — a one-page presentation and a platform with accounts and payments are not the same job. After a short call I send a fixed price, so you know the number before anything starts.
A presentation site is a matter of days. Something larger, with a custom backend, is measured in weeks. You get the timeline together with the price, before we start.
A rough idea of the goal, the deadline and the budget. No need for a full spec — we shape that together in the first call.
Only if the site is built for it, so tell me at the start. If you want to edit text and images on your own, I build you an admin for that instead of hard-coding the content.
Yes, remote-first. Cluj-Napoca is home base, but the work happens over calls and messages either way.
