Stride Football
A platform for amateur footballers in Cluj-Napoca who want properly organized matches — rosters, payments, referees and stats instead of a WhatsApp group that falls apart.
Overview
Full-stack amateur football platform: Stripe credit payments, community referees who run live matches and get paid, field-owner bookings, teams and gamified stats. Built solo — ~99k lines of PHP, zero dependencies.

Highlights
- 01
Zero dependencies
No Composer, no vendor folder — the Stripe client, SMTP client, TOTP 2FA and encrypted Web Push are all written against the raw specs.
- 02
Payment correctness
Signed, idempotent webhooks with replay tolerance, plus a reconciliation job that recovers any payment whose benefits failed to apply, on a full audit ledger.
- 03
Referee economy
Community referees pass a timed test, run matches live from their phone with GPS-verified attendance, and withdraw real earnings to an encrypted IBAN.
