A gym app for people who lift that tells you what weight and how many reps to do on every set, so you don't have to guess or keep a notebook.

Overview

Highlights

  1. 01

    Automatic progression

Each set gets a target weight and rep count from your history — covering calibration, deload weeks, plateaus and comebacks after breaks.

  2. 02

    Offline-first

All the logic runs in the browser, so a workout can be logged without signal; the server only stores the data.

  3. 03

    Push without libraries

Rest-timer notifications are encrypted and signed in plain PHP, following the Web Push and VAPID standards.
