I'm Rares. I design things and then I build them — which means the person who drew it is the same person who has to make it work.
I'm 20 and based in Cluj-Napoca. Around six years of that has gone into design, so it started well before it was a job. The development side grew out of the same habit: wanting the thing to actually exist, not just look finished in a mockup.
I work on my own and take a project end to end — the backend, the interface, and the identity it wears. One person to talk to from the first message to the live site, and nothing lost in a handover between a designer and a developer who have never met.
Most of the work is remote: clients wherever they are, me in Cluj. If you have something in your head and no clear brief yet, that is usually the best moment to write.
